What is the warranty on Carlinkit products?

  1. What is the warranty period for Carlinkit products?

    • A one-month warranty is provided after the initial two-week period from the purchase date. During this time, the device is subject to inspection and repair. If it cannot be repaired, the customer will be given a special discount coupon for a new device.
  2. What is the return and exchange policy according to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce?

    • A two-week return and exchange policy is offered in case of an actual defect, subject to technical inspection, provided that the product is in its original condition with the external box intact, free of scratches or damages, and no missing accessories such as cables. The customer is required to perform a factory reset before returning the device. In all cases, our technical support and workshop services are ready to repair any faults, reprogram the device, and provide support at any time.

Product-Specific Information:

  1. AMBIENT Devices:

    • These devices are equipped with powerful processors that naturally produce heat, which is dissipated through the metal piece at the back. This is a normal function and poses no risk to the device or its surroundings. Returns for this reason are not accepted.
  2. UHD Devices:

    • This device cannot be restored to its original condition after the HDMI port cover has been breached. Therefore, returns are not accepted once the cover is removed.

Important Note:

  • Please be aware that Carlinkit products are globally recognized for their high quality. Therefore, devices should not be purchased for mere experimentation.
